  • ½ small tomato, sliced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce:
    • Mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) with mustard, salt, and pepper.

  3. Assemble the wraps:
    • Spread the sauce evenly over each tortilla.
    • Layer chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and any optional veggies.

    • Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
  5. Optional – Melt the cheese:
    • Place the wrap in a skillet or panini press for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.
