🥔 Creamy Mashed Potatoes

📝 Ingredients:

  • 4–5 medium potatoes (peeled and chopped)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup milk (warm)
  • 2–3 tbsp cream (optional, for extra richness)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Boil the potatoes
    Place potatoes in a pot of salted water and boil for 12–15 minutes until very soft.
  2. Drain
    Remove all water completely to avoid watery mash.
  3. Mash the potatoes
    Mash while hot using a potato masher or fork until smooth.
  4. Add butter & milk
