🍝 Cream Cheese Spaghetti

🧾 Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 200g cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional but recommended)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or coriander (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti
    • Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions.
    • Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Make the sauce
    • In a pan, melt butter on medium heat.
    • Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
    • Add cream cheese and stir until it softens.
  3. Add milk
    • Slowly pour in milk while stirring to create a smooth sauce.
    • Add a bit of reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
  4. Season & flavor
    • Add salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and Parmesan cheese.
    • Stir until creamy and well combined.
  5. Combine
    • Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce.
    • Toss until fully coated.
  6. Serve
    • Garnish with parsley or coriander.
    • Serve hot!

  • Add cooked chicken, mushrooms, or spinach for extra flavor.
  • For a richer taste, use a mix of cheddar and mozzarella.
  • If the sauce gets too thick, just add a splash of milk or pasta water.
