Ingredients

  • 1 package (about 200 g) graham crackers
  • 2 packages (3.4 oz / 96 g each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz / 226 g) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 package (4 oz / 113 g) chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for chocolate glaze)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Pudding

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix with 3 cups milk until thickened (~2 minutes).
  2. Fold in half of the whipped topping to make it creamy.

2️⃣ Layer the Cake

  1. In a 9×13-inch dish, place a layer of graham crackers.
  2. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
  3. Repeat with a second layer of graham crackers and remaining pudding.
  4. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.

3️⃣ Make Chocolate Glaze

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons milk and butter, stirring until smooth.
  2. Pour over the top layer of graham crackers and spread evenly.

4️⃣ Chill

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight so the graham crackers soften and flavors meld.
