🌿 Turmeric & Honey Health Tonic

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water (not boiling)
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder (or freshly grated)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Juice of ½ lemon (optional but recommended)
  • A pinch of black pepper (important for absorption)

Instructions

  1. Warm the water until it’s comfortably drinkable (not boiling).
  2. Add turmeric and stir well.
  3. Mix in honey until dissolved.
  4. Add lemon juice and a pinch of black pepper.
  5. Stir again and drink immediately.
