Posted on November 6, 2025 by Admin

Here’s a quick and easy recipe for No-Bake Homemade Crunch Bars 🍫✨ — chewy, crunchy, and packed with flavor, without turning on the oven.

🥘 Ingredients (Makes 12 bars)

  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter (or almond/cashew butter)
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional: almonds, peanuts, or walnuts)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

🥄 Instructions

  1. Prepare a pan:
    • Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) pan with parchment paper, leaving extra overhang for easy removal.
  2. Make the binding mixture:
    • In a small saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter and honey.
    • Stir until smooth and slightly warm.
    • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, combine rice cereal, oats, nuts (if using), and chocolate chips.
    • Pour the warm peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients.
    • Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Press into pan:
    • Transfer mixture to prepared pan.
    • Press firmly with a spatula or clean hands to compact the bars.
  5. Chill and set:
    • Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until firm.
  6. Cut and serve:
    • Lift out of pan using parchment overhang.
    • Cut into bars or squares and enjoy!

💡 Tips:

  • For extra chocolatey bars, drizzle melted chocolate on top before chilling.
  • You can swap peanut butter for almond, sunflower, or cashew butter to change the flavor.
  • Add dried fruit, seeds, or shredded coconut for more texture and flavor.
  • Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
