Here’s a tasty and easy recipe for Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Tenders 🍗🥓 — crispy, juicy, and full of flavor!


🥓 Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) chicken tenders
  • 8–10 strips of bacon (regular or thin-cut)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional seasonings: garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper
  • Toothpicks (to secure bacon)
  • Optional dipping sauce: ranch, honey mustard, or BBQ sauce

🥄 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven:
    • Set oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare chicken:
    • Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
    • Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  3. Wrap with bacon:
    • Take a strip of bacon and wrap it around each chicken tender.
    • Secure with a toothpick if needed.
    • For extra crispiness, slightly overlap the bacon so it covers more surface.
  4. Bake:
    • Place wrapped tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until bacon is crispy and chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
  5. Optional broil:
    • For extra crisp bacon, broil 2–3 minutes at the end, watching carefully so it doesn’t burn.
  6. Serve:
    • Remove toothpicks and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

💡 Tips:

  • Use thin bacon for easier wrapping; thick-cut takes longer to crisp.
  • If you like, brush the bacon with a little brown sugar or maple syrup before baking for a sweet-savory glaze.
  • Pair with roasted vegetables, salad, or fries for a complete meal.
