Bay Leaf & Clove Tea Recipe

Ingredients (serves 1–2):

  • 2–3 dried bay leaves
  • 3–4 whole cloves
  • 2 cups (480 ml) water
  • Optional: honey, lemon, or ginger for added flavor

Instructions

  1. Boil water: In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add spices: Add bay leaves and cloves. Reduce heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
  3. Strain: Remove from heat and strain into a cup.
  4. Optional additions: Sweeten with honey, add a slice of lemon, or a small piece of ginger for extra warmth and flavor.
  5. Serve hot: Enjoy as a calming, aromatic tea.
