Coconut macaroon are sweet treats made mainly from shredded coconut, sugar, and a binder like egg whites or condensed milk.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 2½ cups shredded coconut
  • 1 can (≈ 1 cup) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Preheat oven
    175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray.
  2. Mix
    Combine coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla until sticky and well mixed.
  3. Shape
    Scoop small mounds onto the tray (use a spoon or your hands).
  4. Bake
    12–15 minutes until tops turn golden.
  5. Cool
    Let them cool—they firm up as they set.
