For the crust

  • 200 g crushed Graham Crackers or digestive biscuits
  • 100 g melted Butter

For the filling

  • 500 g Cream Cheese (softened)

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch

1. Prepare the crust

  2. Add eggs one at a time and mix gently.
  3. Add heavy cream, vanilla extract, and cornstarch.
  4. Mix until the batter becomes smooth and creamy.

3. Bake

  1. Pour the filling over the crust.
  2. Bake at 160–170Β°C (320–340Β°F) for about 45–50 minutes.
  3. The center should still be slightly soft.

4. Chill

  • Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
