Crispy Stacked Potatoes are thin slices of potato layered in a muffin tray or small stack, then baked until the edges become golden and crunchy while the inside stays soft.

Instructions
- Preheat oven
Heat oven to 200 °C / 400 °F. - Slice the potatoes
Cut the potatoes into very thin slices (a mandoline works best). - Season

- Stack them
Grease a muffin tin and stack the slices vertically or in small piles. - Bake
