  • 2 lbs (900 g) chicken wings, tips removed and drumettes separated

  • Buffalo sauce
  • BBQ sauce
  • Honey garlic sauce

1️⃣ Oven-Baked Chicken Wings

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat wings dry with paper towels.
  3. Toss wings with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Arrange wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  6. Toss with sauce if desired and serve hot.

2️⃣ Air-Fryer Chicken Wings

  1. Preheat air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  2. Season wings as above.
  3. Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook 25–30 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Optional: Increase to 400°F / 200°C for last 5 minutes for extra crispiness.

  • Pat wings dry for crispier skin.
  • For extra flavor, marinate wings in sauce for 1–2 hours before cooking.
  • Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing for classic wings experience.
