🍗 Chicken Thighs in Honey Mustard Sauce

This dish is sweet, tangy, and very easy to make, using just a few ingredients. It works well baked, pan-cooked, or in a slow cooker.


📝 Ingredients

  1. Chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
  2. Honey
  3. Mustard (Dijon or yellow)
  4. Optional: garlic, salt, pepper, or olive oil

👩‍🍳 Simple Baked Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the sauce:
    • 3 tablespoons honey
    • 3 tablespoons mustard
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the honey-mustard sauce over the chicken and coat well.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.

🍳 Pan-Cooked Version

  1. Heat a little oil in a skillet.
  2. Brown the chicken thighs for 5–6 minutes per side.
  3. Add the honey-mustard sauce and simmer for 10–15 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
