These Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites

Posted on March 4, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a simple, irresistible recipe for Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites — soft, fluffy, and coated in sweet cinnamon goodness. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.

🍪 Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like flaky biscuits)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1–2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon nutmeg for extra warmth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    • Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare cinnamon sugar
    • In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon (and nutmeg if using).
  3. Form biscuit bites
    • Open the biscuit can and cut each biscuit into quarters or 6–8 pieces depending on size.
    • Roll each piece into a ball.
  4. Coat in butter and cinnamon sugar
    • Dip each ball in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat evenly.
  5. Bake
    • Place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
    • Bake 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm
    • Enjoy as-is or drizzle with a simple glaze: ½ cup powdered sugar + 1–2 tsp milk + a drop of vanilla extract.

Tips

  • For extra indulgence, stuff each biscuit bite with a small piece of chocolate or cream cheese before rolling in sugar.
  • Keep leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days, or reheat slightly in the oven for that fresh-baked taste.

If you want, I can also give a one-bite version baked in a muffin tin for neat, mess-free portions — perfect for parties or brunch.

Do you want me to share that version?
