Here’s a super simple, family-friendly 4-Ingredient Baked Italian Chicken — minimal prep, big flavor.


🍗 4-Ingredient Baked Italian Chicken

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet (0.7 oz) Italian dressing seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (or 1 can diced tomatoes, drained)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Place chicken in a lightly greased baking dish.
3️⃣ Sprinkle evenly with Italian seasoning mix.
4️⃣ Top with tomatoes.
5️⃣ Bake for 25–30 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
6️⃣ Sprinkle mozzarella on top and bake 5 more minutes until melted.


🥗 Serve With

  • Simple side salad

💡 Easy Variations

  • Swap mozzarella for provolone or cheddar
  • Use pesto instead of seasoning mix
