Baked 3-Ingredient Casserole

Here’s a classic, ultra-simple comfort bake — creamy, hearty, and perfect for busy nights.

🍗 3-Ingredient Chicken & Rice Casserole

🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked instant rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2–3 cups cooked shredded chicken
    (Rotisserie works great.)

🥣 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F.

2️⃣ Mix rice, broth, and chicken in a greased 9×13 baking dish.

3️⃣ Cover tightly with foil.

4️⃣ Bake 30–35 minutes (until rice is tender and liquid absorbed).

5️⃣ Fluff with a fork and serve.


🔥 Easy 3-Ingredient Variations

1️⃣ Beefy Bake

  • 1 lb browned ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
    Bake 375°F for 35–40 minutes.
