Here’s a delicious and easy recipe for Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside.


🧀 Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (Italian-style or panko)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2–3 tablespoons olive oil (for pan-frying)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep the Pork
    • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
    • Lightly season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the Coating
    • In one shallow bowl: mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
    • In another bowl: whisk egg and milk together.
  3. Bread the Pork Chops
    • Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture.
    • Press firmly into the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides well.
  4. Cook
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Cook pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
    • Let rest 3–5 minutes before serving.

🔥 Oven Option (Less Oil)

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place breaded pork chops on a lined baking sheet.
  • Lightly spray tops with cooking spray.
  • Bake 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temp reaches 145°F.
