Here are some easy baked casserole dishes (comfort-food style) you can make with simple ingredients:


🧀 1️⃣ Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix everything except ½ cup cheese in a greased 9×13 dish.
  3. Cover tightly with foil.
  4. Bake 45–55 minutes (until rice is tender).
  5. Top with remaining cheese and bake 10 more minutes uncovered.

🍝 2️⃣ Baked Spaghetti Casserole

🛒 Ingredients

  • 12 oz cooked spaghetti
  • 1 lb cooked ground beef
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup Parmesan

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix spaghetti with sauce and beef.
  2. Layer half in baking dish.
  3. Add dollops of ricotta + mozzarella.
  4. Add remaining pasta and top with more cheese.
  5. Bake 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.

🌮 3️⃣ Mexican Tortilla Casserole

Layer tortillas, seasoned meat, beans, enchilada sauce, and cheese.
Bake 375°F for 25–30 minutes until bubbly.


🥦 4️⃣ Broccoli Cheddar Casserole (Great Side Dish)

🛒 Ingredients

  • 4 cups steamed broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1½ cups cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup crushed crackers (Ritz-style)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix broccoli, soup, sour cream, and cheese.
  2. Spread in dish.
  3. Combine crackers + butter and sprinkle on top.
  4. Bake 350°F for 25–30 minutes.
