🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for searing)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Season & sear (recommended for flavor)
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high and sear chops 2–3 minutes per side (just until browned).

2️⃣ Add to slow cooker
Place pork chops in the slow cooker.

3️⃣ Make sauce
In a bowl, whisk together broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, Dijon, and minced garlic.
Pour over pork chops.

4️⃣ Cook

  • LOW: 4–5 hours
  • HIGH: 2–3 hours
    Pork should reach 145°F internally and be tender.

5️⃣ Thicken (optional)
If you want a thicker sauce, stir in cornstarch slurry and cook on HIGH for 15–20 minutes until thickened.

6️⃣ Serve
Spoon sauce over pork chops. Garnish with parsley.
