🧄🧀 Cheesy Garlic Bread Bites

What they are

Little bite-sized pieces of bread tossed in garlic butter, baked until golden, then smothered with melted cheese. Perfect as:

  • an appetizer
  • a side for pasta or soup
  • a snack you “accidentally” eat half of before dinner

Ingredients (easy + flexible)

  • 1 loaf French or Italian bread, cut into cubes
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced (or garlic powder in a pinch)
  • 1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup parmesan
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Optional: parsley, Italian seasoning, chili flakes

How to make them

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C.
  2. Mix melted butter + garlic + a pinch of salt & pepper.
  3. Toss bread cubes in the garlic butter until coated.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes, stirring once, until lightly crisp.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan over the top.
  7. Return to oven 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Finish with parsley or chili flakes if you like.
