  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for lighter version)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix fruit and extras:
    • In a large bowl, combine mandarin oranges, pineapple (if using), marshmallows, nuts, and coconut.
  2. Add creaminess:
    • Fold in sour cream (or yogurt) until everything is coated evenly.
  3. Chill:
