🍫🌰 Chocolate & Crushed Almond Crispy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal (or cornflakes, lightly crushed)
  • 1 cup crushed almonds (toasted if you want extra flavor)
  • Β½ cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • ΒΌ cup honey, maple syrup, or condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp butter (or coconut oil)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional, for extra chocolatey vibes)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter + chocolate + sweetener, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in cocoa powder and salt.
  3. Add crushed almonds and crispy cereal. Mix until everything is coated.
  4. Let mixture cool slightly, then roll into bite-sized balls.
  5. Place on parchment paper and chill 20–30 minutes until firm.

Optional Upgrades

  • Roll balls in extra crushed almonds or coconut flakes
  • Add peanut butter or almond butter for richness
  • Drizzle with white or dark chocolate ✨
