Ingredients (makes 1–2 burritos)

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1–1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

  • 1–2 tablespoons butter
  • Optional: sour cream, salsa, or hot sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Assemble the burrito:
    • Lay the tortilla flat.
    • Sprinkle cheese evenly in the center (and any optional fillings you like).
    • Fold the sides over, then roll tightly from one end to the other, like a burrito.
  2. Grill the burrito:
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
    • Place the burrito seam-side down in the skillet.
    • Grill for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden brown and crispy. The cheese should melt inside.
  3. Serve:
    • Slice in half if you like, and serve with salsa, sour cream, or hot sauce on the side.
