Ooo yes — Angel Chicken Pasta 😇🍝
Rich, creamy, comforting, and absolutely doing the most.
Classic Angel Chicken Pasta (Crockpot or Stovetop)
Ingredients
- 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup chicken broth (or dry white wine)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder (or 2 cloves fresh garlic)
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 12 oz angel hair pasta
Crockpot Method (OG cozy version)
- Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle Italian dressing mix over the chicken.
- Add cream cheese (cubed), soup, broth, butter, and garlic.
- Cook:
- Low: 5–6 hours
- High: 3–4 hours
- Shred or slice chicken, stir sauce until smooth.
- Cook angel hair pasta separately; serve chicken and sauce over pasta.
Stovetop (faster, still divine)
- Season chicken lightly with pepper; sear in butter until cooked through.
- Remove chicken; add garlic, broth, soup, and cream cheese.
- Stir over low heat until creamy.
- Return chicken to sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
- Serve over angel hair pasta.
Optional Upgrades (highly encouraged)
- 🌿 Fresh parsley or basil on top
- 🧀 Parmesan (measure with your heart)
- 🍄 Sautéed mushrooms
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes for a little chaos
- 🥬 Spinach stirred in at the end
