Ingredients
Protein
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
Veggie Potatoes
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini or green beans, chopped
Garlic Butter Sauce
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh parsley, lemon juice
Instructions
1. Cook the Veggie Potatoes
- Heat 1–2 Tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender.
- Add vegetables and cook 3–4 more minutes until just tender.
- Remove from skillet and set aside.
