🥑 California Turkey Club Wrap

Ingredients (Makes 2 large wraps)

  • 2 large flour or spinach tortillas
  • 6–8 slices deli turkey breast (roasted or smoked)
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled or halved
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
  • ½ cup sliced tomato
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese (optional – Monterey Jack or Swiss work well)

Spread

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Make the Spread
    In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Assemble Wraps
    • Lay tortillas flat.
    • Spread the mayo mixture evenly over each tortilla.
    • Layer turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and cheese (if using).
  3. Wrap It Up
    • Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
    • Slice in half on a diagonal.
  4. Serve
    • Serve immediately or wrap in foil for an on-the-go meal.
