Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps

Ingredients (Makes 4 wraps)

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ½ cup diced pickles (optional)
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise or ranch (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Filling
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until browned (~5–7 minutes).
    • Drain excess fat if needed.
    • Stir in diced onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise.
  2. Assemble Wraps
    • Place a tortilla on a flat surface.
    • Spoon ¼ of the beef mixture in the center.
    • Sprinkle ¼ cup shredded cheese on top.
    • Fold in sides and roll tightly to make a wrap.
  3. Air Fry
    • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
    • Place wraps seam-side down in the basket (don’t overcrowd).
    • Air fry 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until tortillas are golden and crispy, and cheese is melted.
  4. Serve
    • Slice in half and serve hot with extra ketchup, mustard, or a side salad.

Tips

  • Extra crispy: Brush wraps lightly with oil or melted butter before air frying.
  • Cheese varieties: Cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack all work.
  • Veggie boost: Add shredded lettuce or tomatoes after air frying.
  • Meal prep: Wraps can be made ahead and reheated in the air fryer for 3–4 minutes.
