- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ cup diced onion (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese (or a blend)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Butter or oil, for the pan
Burger-Style Fillings (choose what you like)
- Diced pickles
- Cooked bacon bits
- Diced tomatoes
- Mustard or ketchup
Special Sauce (Optional but 🔥)
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp pickle relish
Instructions
- Cook the Beef
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.

- Drain excess grease.

- Lay tortillas flat.
