🦐 Creamy Seafood Casserole (Shrimp or Crab)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled, deveined, chopped) or lump crab meat
  • 2 cups cooked pasta or rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Optional: breadcrumbs + butter for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Gently mix all ingredients (except breadcrumb topping).
  3. Spread into a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if using.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes until hot and lightly golden.
