Here’s a crispy, dessert-style Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls recipe—sweet peaches, warm spices, and a crunchy shell.


Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls 🍑

Ingredients (10–12 egg rolls)

Peach Filling

  • 2 cups peaches, peeled & diced (fresh or frozen, thawed)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Egg Rolls

  • 10–12 egg roll wrappers
  • Water or egg wash (for sealing)
  • Oil for frying

Optional Toppings

  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Caramel or honey drizzle

Instructions

  1. Make the filling
    • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peaches, brown sugar, granulated sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
    • Cook 5–7 minutes until peaches soften.
    • Stir cornstarch with water, add to pan, and cook 1–2 minutes until thick.
    • Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Let cool.
  2. Assemble egg rolls
    • Place an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape.
    • Spoon 2–3 tbsp peach filling near the bottom corner.
    • Fold bottom over filling, fold in sides, then roll tightly.
    • Seal edge with water or egg wash.
  3. Fry
    • Heat oil to 350°F / 175°C.
    • Fry egg rolls 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
    • Drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve
    • Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with caramel.
    • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

Baking or Air-Fryer Options

  • Bake: Brush with butter, bake at 400°F / 205°C for 12–15 minutes, turning once.
  • Air fry: Spray with oil, cook at 375°F / 190°C for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
