Here’s a rich, comforting Garlic Butter Beef Pasta—savory beef, silky garlic butter sauce, and perfectly coated pasta 🍝🧄

Garlic Butter Beef Pasta

Ingredients (3–4 servings)

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
  • 1 lb beef (sirloin, flank steak, or ground beef)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup beef broth or pasta water
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta
    Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
    Reserve ½ cup pasta water; drain.
  2. Cook beef
    Heat a skillet over medium-high.
    Add beef, season with salt & pepper, and cook until browned.
    Remove and set aside.
  3. Make garlic butter sauce
    In the same skillet, melt butter.
    Add onion (if using) and sauté until soft.
    Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook 30 seconds.
  4. Combine
    Return beef to the pan.
    Add broth (or pasta water) and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  5. Finish pasta
    Add pasta and toss to coat.
    Stir in Parmesan and a little pasta water if needed for creaminess.
  6. Serve hot

✔ Slice beef against the grain for tenderness
✔ Don’t brown garlic too long—it turns bitter
✔ Pasta water makes the sauce silky
