Here’s an easy, ultra-gooey Cheesy Bread with Melted Cheese—crispy on the outside, soft inside, and loaded with stretchy cheese. Perfect as a snack, side, or party appetizer.


🧀 Cheesy Bread (Pull-Apart Style)

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Italian or French bread
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella (or mozzarella + cheddar blend)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional toppings: parsley, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    • Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
  2. Prepare Bread
    • Slice bread crosswise and lengthwise into a grid, without cutting all the way through.
  3. Season
    • Mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
    • Brush generously between bread cuts and over the top.
  4. Add Cheese
    • Stuff mozzarella into the cuts.
    • Sprinkle Parmesan evenly over the top.
  5. Bake
    • Wrap loosely in foil.
    • Bake 15 minutes.
    • Uncover and bake another 10 minutes until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve
    • Garnish with parsley or chili flakes.
    • Serve hot and pull apart.

Variations

  • Extra cheesy: Add provolone or Monterey Jack
  • Garlic bread style: Add garlic powder + parsley butter
  • Pepperoni cheesy bread: Tuck pepperoni slices into the cuts
  • Cheesy breadsticks: Use pizza dough instead of loaf bread
  • Air fryer: 350°F for 8–10 minutes (check early)
