Ingredients (2–3 servings)
- 2 cups cooked rice (day-old, cold is best)
- 1 cup chicken breast or thigh, diced
- 4–6 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame + neutral oil mix)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2–3 tbsp soy sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional but recommended)

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken
