🍖 Oven-Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients (serves 3–4)

  • 1 pork tenderloin (450–600 g / 1–1¼ lb)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Optional: 1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme

Instructions

1. Preheat oven

  • Preheat to 220°C / 425°F.

2. Season

  1. Pat pork dry with paper towels.
  2. Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and herbs.

3. Sear (optional but recommended)

  1. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sear pork on all sides for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.

4. Roast

  • Transfer skillet to oven (or place pork on a baking sheet).
  • Roast 15–20 minutes, until internal temp reaches 63°C / 145°F.

5. Rest & serve

  • Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
  • Slice and serve with pan juices.
