Slow Cooker Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:

8–10 chicken drumsticks

½ cup soy sauce

¼ cup honey
-
2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper
-
½ tsp salt
-
Optional: 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary

Optional garnish: chopped parsley or green onions
Instructions:

Prepare the drumsticks:

Pat chicken drumsticks dry.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and optional herbs.

Add to slow cooker:

Place drumsticks in the slow cooker.

Pour sauce over the chicken, coating evenly.

Cook:

Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).

Optional crisping:

For crispy skin, place cooked drumsticks on a baking sheet and broil for 3–5 minutes until golden.

Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions.

Tips & Variations:

🍋 Lemon garlic drumsticks: Add juice of 1 lemon and a few lemon slices to the slow cooker.
