Here’s a simple, flavorful Baked Cajun Catfish recipe you can make at home — crispy, spicy, and Southern-inspired 🐟🌶️

🛒 Ingredients

  • 4 catfish fillets (about 1¼ lb)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (more if you want heat)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Optional: lemon wedges and fresh parsley for serving

  1. Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
