Here’s an easy, teen-friendly Garlic Butter Chicken Tenders recipe 🍗🧄
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) chicken tenders
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- Fresh parsley (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Season the chicken
Pat chicken tenders dry. Season both sides with paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. - Cook the chicken
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken tenders and cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside. - Make garlic butter
In the same pan, lower heat slightly and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds (don’t let it burn). - Combine
Return chicken to the pan and toss in the garlic butter for 1–2 minutes until well coated. - Finish & serve
Sprinkle with parsley if you like. Serve hot.
