Hereβs a simple and classic Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich recipe π₯ͺπ§
Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich

- 2 slices of bread (white, whole wheat, or your favorite)
- 2β3 slices of ham
- 1β2 slices of cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or American)
- 1β2 tsp butter or margarine
Optional add-ins:
- Mustard or mayo
- Tomato slices
- Pickles or caramelized onions
Instructions

- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place ham and cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Add optional ingredients if desired.
- Top with the second slice, buttered side out.
- Grill

- Place the sandwich in the pan and cook 3β4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip carefully and cook another 3β4 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.

- Cut diagonally and enjoy warm.
Tips
- Low and slow heat ensures cheese melts without burning the bread.
- Use a lid on the pan to trap heat and melt cheese faster.
- For extra flavor, spread a little mustard, garlic butter, or Dijon inside before grilling.
I can also give a fancier version with multiple cheeses and a crispy panini style if you want something extra special. Do you want me to do that?
