🍫 Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients (makes about 12)
- 1½ cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt chocolate
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Prepare peanut butter filling
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth and thick.
- Assemble
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Spoon about 1 tbsp melted chocolate into each liner and spread slightly.
- Add 1 tsp peanut butter filling on top.
- Cover with more melted chocolate until filling is hidden.
- Chill
- Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes, or until firm.
- Serve
- Peel off liners and enjoy!
