Slow Cooker Chicken

Ingredients:

4–6 chicken thighs or breasts (boneless or bone-in)

1 onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth (or water)

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning

Optional: 1 cup carrots, sliced; 1 cup potatoes, chopped; 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
Instructions:

Prepare the slow cooker:

Place sliced onions and garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.

Add any vegetables if using.

Season the chicken:

Rub chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme (or other seasonings).

Place the chicken on top of the vegetables.

Add liquid:

Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
