🌴 Tropical Strawberry Mango Smoothie

Ingredients (serves 1–2)

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen, for creaminess)
  • 1 cup coconut milk, almond milk, or regular milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice or pineapple juice
  • Optional add-ins:
    • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for protein)
    • 1 tablespoon honey (if you want it sweeter)
    • 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
