Honey Teriyaki Ribs (Oven-Baked)
Ingredients

- 2–3 lb pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)

Honey Teriyaki Sauce
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger (or ½ tsp ground ginger)
Instructions
- Prep the ribs
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if it’s there.
- Season lightly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Bake low & slow
- Wrap ribs tightly in foil.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for 2–2½ hours until tender.
- Make the sauce
- In a small saucepan, mix all sauce ingredients.

- Glaze & caramelize
- Increase oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Unwrap ribs, brush generously with sauce.
