Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • ½ cup water
  • ½–¾ cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2–3 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup diced onions (optional)
  • ¼ cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • Sour cream, salsa, or guacamole for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef
    • In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
    • Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer 3–5 minutes until beef is coated and liquid thickens.
  2. Warm tortillas
    • Heat tortillas in a dry skillet, microwave, or oven until soft and pliable.
  3. Assemble wraps
    • Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce on each tortilla.
    • Add seasoned beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños.
    • Roll up tightly, folding in the sides like a burrito.
  4. Optional: Melt cheese
    • Place wraps seam-side down in a skillet or oven-safe dish.
    • Heat 3–5 minutes until warmed through and cheese slightly melts.
  5. Serve
    • Slice in half if desired. Serve with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
