4-ingredient Peanut Butter Balls

Here’s a quick and easy recipe for 4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Balls—a classic no-bake treat!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup (100 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups (135 g) crispy rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)
  • 1 cup (175 g) chocolate chips or melting chocolate

Instructions

1. Mix the base

  1. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.

2. Shape the balls

  • Roll the mixture into small 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.

3. Coat with chocolate

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  2. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  3. Place back on the parchment paper.

4. Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate.

5. Serve

  • Keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy.

Tips:

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of sea salt on top of the chocolate before it sets.
  • You can use mini chocolate chips or peanut butter chips for coating if you prefer.
  • These can also be rolled in crushed nuts or sprinkles instead of chocolate.
