This fudge is rich, creamy, and super simple, using just chocolate and sweetened condensed milk.

  • 2 cups (about 340 g) chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, or dark)
  • 1 (14 oz / 396 g) can sweetened condensed milk

Optional add-ins:

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Nuts, dried fruit, or sprinkles

  1. Prepare pan
    • Line an 8ร—8-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Melt ingredients
    • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
    • Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Add flavorings (optional)
    • Mix in vanilla extract, salt, or any desired add-ins.
  4. Pour and set
    • Pour mixture into prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
    • Chill in the fridge for 2โ€“3 hours until firm.
  5. Cut and serve
    • Remove from pan, cut into squares, and enjoy.
